Our aim is to provide our customers with high specification professional equipment, and ongoing training to achieve the perfect coffee.

Service

To maximise the life of your machine we advise an annual service. The engineer can do this on site; replacing seals, washers and shower plates along with safety checks on pressure valves, and adjusting machine settings to optimise taste and performance.

Calcium Treatment Unit 

We provide water filter treatments which helps to protect your machine from limescale. The calcium treatment unit needs to be replaced every year or more frequently depending on the water hardness and site volume.

Callout

Most problems can be solved on the phone, if not, our engineer will be on site, don’t panic we are just a phone call away. In the event machines cannot be repaired we can provide you with our on loan machine so your business will not be affected.

Warranty

All our professional coffee machines come with full parts and labour warranty, however the warranty doesn’t cover poor cleaning or scale issues. 

Installation

We will provide all necessary information and requirements for the installation of your equipment and site inspection. 


Barista training

We believe that drink quality can be seriously affected by badly cleaned equipment so our ongoing training will help to maintain the standard and achieve a good quality drink every time.
